Shipping Policy

All made to order items have a current lead-time of 5-7 working days. Otherwise during busy periods times may change to 7-10 working days. This will be stated on the website in the announcement bar at the top of the page. If this changes to your particular order, then you will be notified by email.

Shipping within New Zealand is usually 2-4 days depending where you are living as rural may take longer the this. Please check the NZ Post website for any shipping delays.
Shipping is based on weight/size. 
We use NZ POST to ship all out items.

PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DURING BUSY PERIODS OF THE YEAR, FOR EXAMPLE MOTHERS DAY, FATHER DAY & CHRISTMAS. 
THERE MAY ALSO BE SHIPPING DELAYS.

An email will be sent once the courier has collected the package.

All our pieces will come in eco-friendly packaging which includes being wrapped in tissue paper, pop starch void fill in a cardboard box with packing fill to help protect them whilst travelling. 

If something does arrive damaged please keep all packaging plus the damaged item. (Please also take pictures for personal reference, for mine & the postage companies) 
Please get in contact with me within 10 days of delivery of the package via email at hello@konkrethomewares.com with all the details.

After this 10 day period I am unable to proceed as this is outside the post companies timeframe. The courier company does require the item & packaging to be handed over to them for an investigation. If this does not happen then nothing can be done &  I can not be held liable for the replacement/refund/exchange of the damaged goods.

If the items/packaging are not kept & disposed of I can not put forward a claim as the courier company states that this as a requirement. Therefore I can not be held liable for the replacement/refund/exchange of the damaged goods.

This applies to all New Zealand orders placed with Konkret Studio.
