How long will it take to get my pieces?
All items are Made to Order, the current lead time is 5-7 days for new orders. If there are any delays then you will be notified via email asap.
How long will delivery take?
Shipping within New Zealand is usually 2-4 days depending where you are living.
(please expect some delays with certain locations, check the postal sites for further details)
Will I get notified when my items are on their way?
Yes, an email will be sent out with tracking information once our courier has collected your item.
How do you package the items?
All our pieces will come in eco-friendly packaging which includes being wrapped in tissue paper in a cardboard box with recyclable pop starch void fill to help protect them whilst travelling.
If something does arrive damaged please keep all packaging plus the damaged item & get in contact with me within 10 days after delivery via email at hello@konkrethomewares.com
That way I can claim on it through the courier company. Outside of this 10days I am unable to claim & can not be held liable for the replacement/refund/exchange of those items for free of charge.

How do I care for my pieces?
Please take care when handling your item.
The eco compound is solid but it will break if dropped on or hits a hard surface.
For cleaning all you will need to do is wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Do not let water pool on or under the dishes as this could cause watermarks. Items also have a water-resistant coating.
Items are not suitable for the dishwasher, microwave or oven.
What are those air pockets/bubbles?
The eco compound has been specifically designed to eliminate as much as possible. While there may still be a few, these are not considered a defect as it only adds to the look of the dishes.
Why does my colour not look exactly like the picture?
I mix the eco compound in small batches so therefor not every batch with be the exact same.
Can I put food on them?
The items have just been sealed to a satin finish with a water based sealer & then a water resistant coating over the top. I would not recommend putting any food on the dishes to eat from. (food prop/display photo purposes only)
How do I protect my furniture?
All of the items except the ring cones will come with small clear rubber feet underneath to help protect from any marks.
What is the returns policy?
We are unable to accept returns or do refunds if you change your mind & on sale items.
